Chives Scrambled Eggs

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Whisk the eggs, chives and cream together. Season with salt and pepper.

* Step 2

Heat the butter over medium heat. Leave for a minute or so until the underneath is almost set then using a wooden spoon stir the egg often until cooked. Should cook fully in about 3-5 minutes.

* Step 3

Toast the bread. Butter one side of the bread once it's toasted and lay it on a plate.

* Step 4

Top the toast with the scrambled eggs. Serve immediately.
