Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add everything to a saucepan, except the butter and milk and bring to the boil.

* Step 2

Reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 30-35 minutes or until vegetables are soft.

* Step 3

Cool slightly, add the butter and milk and blend until smooth. Add more milk if too thick.
