Ingredient
5 tbsp
sunflower or vegetable oil
1
egg
2 tbsp
Semi-skimmed milk
1/2 tbsp
vanilla extract
4 tbsp
caster sugar
8 tbsp
self-raising flour
Pinch
salt
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
To a mixing bowl add the oil and beat in the egg. Next add the milk and vanilla extract stir until well combined. Add the sugar, flour and pinch of salt. Beat until smooth.
* Step 2
Divide the mixture into two medium sized mugs.
* Step 3
Into each cup, stir in the sprinkles or hundreds and thousands, adding a few more to the top of the mixture.
* Step 4
Microwave for 2 minutes and 15 seconds in an 800 watt microwave until its finished rising and cooked through.
* Step 5
Leave to cool for a while and serve warm. Add a few more sprinkles to the top.
