Simple Roasted Jerusalem Artichoke

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat the oven to 200c.

* Step 2

Peel or scrub the artichokes and then cut into bitesize pieces.

* Step 3

Place on a baking tray and toss in the olive oil and season with salt. Bake for 20-35 minutes or until golden brown and slightly crispy. Turn the artichokes half way through roasting.
