Lemon Mousse
Very simple to make.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a stand mixer whisk the lemon curd, cream and sugar together.
* Step 2
Whip until stiff. About 3-5 minutes.
* Step 3
Divide between 4 glasses then refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
* Step 4
Top each cup with 1 mint leaf and 2 raspberries. Serve.
