I often have items going out of date in the fridge. Soups are an easy way to use up all those items.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a cooking pot add all the ingredients. Bring to the heat and simmer over a medium heat for 15-20 minutes.

Check seasoning is to your taste.
