Dairy Free Chocolate-Peanut Butter Fudge Pie
One day I had some chocolate Graham fishy crackers that I thought would be really good as a crust, so I whipped this up, making up the recipe as I went along!
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Mix together all crust ingredients
* Step 3
Bake in 350° oven for 7-10 minutes
* Step 4
Melt chocolate, almond milk, peanut butter together
* Step 5
Take off heat once it's melted, slowly add in egg and mix fast
* Step 7
Whip egg whites into a stiff meringue
* Step 9
Bake in 350° oven for 10-15 minutes
