Silken Smooth Scramble Eggs
Oneday, I made scramble eggs, but there was no butter in my fridge, so I decided to add cream cheese instead. It turned out really good!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In the small pot or sauce pan, add it the eggs, cream cheese and vegetable oil.
* Step 2
Set the pot on low heat, stir the egg with spatula until you have your favourite texture.
* Step 3
Season with salt and pepper.
* Step 4
Without pre-heating the pot and oil make more smooth scramble eggs. ^^
