This is such a delicious way to start your day. Hitting the gym is easy when you have this tasty breaki waiting for you 💪🏋️♀️

Mash Banana in a medium sized bowl. Add yoghurt, caramel sauce and chia seeds. Mix well.
* Step 2
Place into two glass containers. Place into refrigerated overnight to set.
