Banana pudding

Ingredient

whole milk

2 Tbsp

cornstratch

150 g

sugar

1/4 tsp

salt

2 Tbsp

butter

400 ml

milk

1/4 tsp

baking soda

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a saucepan we mix cornstratch with sugar and with salt, once it's all mix we add the egg yolks and the milk, we put it on high heat and do not stop stirring it. After 5 min we down the heat into low, and continue stirring until the mixture thickens. Reserve. In another saucepan add the 2 Cups of milk and the 150g of sugar, put the heat at medium, and stirring for 30 min. Reserve. Let it cool.

* Step 2

Begins to fill the glass jar, first: the cookies, the banana, and the mixture of condensed milk, vanilla pudding and heavy cream. Repeat the steps untill cover all the container. Reserve for 4h on the fridge.
