Roasted potatoes
One of our favorite dinner sides.
Add some yams and sweet potatoes too, absolutely delicious!!
Also do it with cauliflower and it makes wonderful cauliflower popcorn
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and cut potatoes (no, i didnt use the chicken scissors ;)) I like cutting them real thin because then they come out like chips
* Step 2
Put in a bowl and add oil, paprika, salt and desired spices
* Step 3
Transfer to a baking pan lined with parchment paper
* Step 4
Bake at 450° for a half hour (350° works too)
