Roasted potatoes

One of our favorite dinner sides. Add some yams and sweet potatoes too, absolutely delicious!! Also do it with cauliflower and it makes wonderful cauliflower popcorn

Ingredient

Cooking time :

30 mins
2 tsp

salt

2 tsp

paprika

to taste

spices

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and cut potatoes (no, i didnt use the chicken scissors ;)) I like cutting them real thin because then they come out like chips

* Step 2

Put in a bowl and add oil, paprika, salt and desired spices

* Step 3

Transfer to a baking pan lined with parchment paper

* Step 4

Bake at 450° for a half hour (350° works too)
