Gedempte chicken
This is one of our favorite types of chicken! We save it to make for Pesach to make pesach special :) something yummy to look forward to..
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean your chicken (save the fat for shmaltz)
* Step 2
Peel carrots and onions (amount depends on how much chicken you make)
* Step 3
Slice the carrots and onions. (The Cuisinart is a great tool for that!)
* Step 4
Line the bottom of a large pot with carrots and onions
* Step 6
Continue layering chicken and veggies until desired amount ending with carrots and onions
* Step 7
Cook on the stove until chicken is well done
