Spicy Mexican Pasta (Conchitas)
We normally cook it as a side or have it for lunch with some tortillas. It can be made the same way but with just shells and tomato sauce + seasoning(s) to take out the heat. (Can add ground beef to make it a meal)

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
On medium heat place butter in pan and add jalapeños, onions, bell pepper & garlic. Once onions are nice and done (no longer crunchy) you add the diced tomatoes and shells. Turn to high heat.
* Step 2
Add tomato sauce (I use the same can to add water to pan) just barely cover all of the ingredients. You want the ingredients covered but not too much or it will be mushy. It should normally be about 2-3 cans full.
* Step 3
Add Knorrs seasoning!! This is my favorite seasoning for all Mexican dishes. If you can't find it or don't have it you can simply season as desired. Season with this as you would season with salt. (Can find at Walmart, Krogers or a local Carniceria)
* Step 4
The best way to tell what it's going to taste like is to taste the water/juice after seasoning. Add seasoning to your likes.
* Step 5
Stir. Heat to boiling. Cover while it is boiling then turn heat to low (2) and do NOT let anyone open the cover. It is just like cooking rice. Keep covered for about 25-30 minutes. Enjoy!
* Step 6
P.S You can use this recipe the same way with most pastas like vermicelli, macaroni, or white rice to make Spanish rice.
