Sautéed Eggplant

Cooking instructions

Peel eggplant and cut into half-inch cubes.
Coat large skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat.
Sauté eggplant cubes for 4-5 minutes, until tender.
Mince garlic and add it to pan.
Toss with garlic for a couple of minutes. Remove from heat.
Season with salt.
