Low Carb Taco Casserole

Ingredient

taco seasoning

1/4 cup

water

2 ounces

cream cheese

1/4 cup

salsa

1 tbs.

hot sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 8x8 baking dish with non-stick spray.

* Step 2

Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat.

* Step 3

Add the onion to the beef and cook until onion is translucent. Drain any grease.

* Step 4

Stir in taco seasoning and water and cook for 5 minutes.

* Step 5

Add the cream cheese and salsa and stir to combine.

* Step 6

Crack the eggs in a medium mixing bowl and whisk together with the hot sauce and heavy cream.

* Step 7

Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 30 minutes or untl eggs are set.

* Step 8

Cool 5 minutes before cutting and serving.

* Step 9
