#week1of5 Poha uttapam is a healthy, yummy and instant breakfast recipe.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and soak the poha in water for 10 minutes.
* Step 2
Then strain them from water and grind them with ginger and chilli.
* Step 3
Mix semolina, curd,salt and water with the poha to make a smooth batter.
* Step 4
Heat a tawa or uttapam pan with oil and pour a little amount of batter on it and add the veggies on it and cook them in low flame for 4-5 minutes.
* Step 5
Now your poha uttapams are ready. Serve hot with ketchup by garnishing with some chilli flakes on them.
