Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dry roast the peanuts. And after cooling down remove the outer skin.
* Step 2
Dry roast the cumin seeds and 1 dry red chilli and make powder of it.
* Step 3
Mix ginger, chopped onion, coriander leaves, chilli, salt and sugar in the curd.
* Step 4
Mix it well. Then add cooked rice in it.
* Step 5
Heat a tadka pan put oil and then then add asafoetida and punch phoran in it.
* Step 6
When the mustard in the punch phoran crackle then add the curry leaves and dry red chilli in it. Fry it for 30 seconds and switch off the flame.
* Step 7
Mix rest of the ingredients in the rice.
* Step 9
Now your curd rice is ready to serve.
