Phulakobi beans tarkari

#goldenapron3 #week5 This is an Odia curry which is generally prepared during fasting. I have prepared this cauliflower and beans curry without using onion and garlic. You can also prepared it with onion and garlic.

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

20 minutes
3 tsp

ghee

to taste

Salt

1/2 tsp

curry powder

1/2 tsp

sugar

1/2 tsp

cumin seeds

1 cup

water

1/2 inch

Cinnamon

1/2 inch

ginger

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and fry the cauliflower florets and French beans in oil and keep them aside. Also fry the papad and keep it aside.

* Step 2

Prepare the masala paste. Then heat a Kadai and put oil and cumin seeds in it. Then add the masala paste along with the dry spices.

Cook it till the masala release oil.

Then add the fried vegetables in it.

Cook them for sometime.

Then add water in it. When they starts boiling then add the crushed papad in it.

Then allow it to boil for sometime. Now your curry is ready. Mix Some chopped coriander leaves in it. Serve hot with roti or rice.
