Oats bhel is a healthy dish.Oats are rich in antioxidants and soluble Fibers which helps in lowering the cholesterol level in blood. It can reduce hypertension, control blood sugar and helps in loosing weight.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat a pan and roast the oats till they become crispy and keep them aside.
* Step 2
Then in the same pan put oil and then add curry leaves and then all dry fruits and then fry them along with the roasted oats,turmeric powder and till all become so cripy.
* Step 3
Put the oats along with the fried dry fruits in a mixing bowl and mix rest of the ingredients in it. Toss them and serve.
