Methi Gosht is a delicious flavourful maincourse and can be served in Christmas party.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepare the masala paste by grinding all the ingredients of it.
* Step 2
Heat a pressure cooker with oil and put chopped onion in it.
* Step 3
When they become transluscent then add the masala paste along with the tomato, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt in it. Cook it till the masala release oil.
* Step 4
Then add the Motton pieces in it along with the yogurt and mix it well. Cook it for sometime till meat release all the retaining water in it.
* Step 5
Then add some water and cover the lid and cook it for 3 whistles in low flame.
* Step 6
Then switch off the flame and allow the gas removes automatically, then open the cooker and add the chopped methi leaves in it.
* Step 7
Again cook it for 7-8 minutes in medium flame. Now your Methi Gosht is ready to serve. Serve hot with roti, Paratha or naan.
