Fried Zucchini (Vegan)

Chickpea flour is absolutely necessary in this recipe as it replaces the egg.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine all batter ingredients.

* Step 2

Coat all zucchini slices generously in the thick batter. Sprinkle sesame seeds on each slice.

* Step 3

Heat some olive oil in a pan. Fry battered zucchini on both sides until golden brown.

* Step 4

Fry zucchini in batches then set aside on a plate covered with a paper towel to soak up excess oil. Serve immediately. Enjoy :)
