#winterdishes #ebook #post25 #Onerecipeonetree When winter arrives radish are available everywhere. Generally launji are prepared from any sour fruits or vegetables. Radish has no sourness but this has a strong smell which is not loved by kids. So prepared this Launji by adding tomato and also these are loved by kids. I prepared this as a Prasad for Maa Lakshmi in the month of Margashir. So didn't add any onion or garlic. You can add onion or garlic for preparing the launji.

Ingredient

Food ration :

15 minutes
1/2 inch

1/2 tsp

punch phoran

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First of all grind the tomatoes along with ginger and green chillies.

* Step 2

Heat a pan with oil and fry the radish slices till they become golden brown in colour and keep them aside.

* Step 3

In the same oil put punch phoran in it.

* Step 4

When they crackle then add the curry leaves in it.

* Step 5

Add the tomato paste in it along with salt, turmeric and red chilli powder in it.

* Step 6

Allow it to boil for 3-4 minutes and then add water along with the fried radish pieces in it.

* Step 7

Cover the lid and boil it for sometime and then add the Jaggery powder in it.

* Step 8

Mix it well and atlast add the roasted cumin and red chilli powder in it.

* Step 9

Now your radish launji is ready. Switch off the flame and serve it with roti or rice.
