Cheesy veggies muffin scones

#oven #ebook #post16 Scones are traditional British recipe. These are so fluffy and delicious in taste and are very easy breakfast or snacks recipe.

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

1 tsp

salt

1 cup

curd

1/4 cup

butter

1/2 tsp

oregano

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Sieve and mix all the dry ingredients together.

* Step 2

Whisk the curd with butter and mix with the flour along with the veggies, cottage cheese, chilli flakes and oregano.

* Step 3

Mix all the ingredients.

* Step 4

Grease a muffin mould with butter and pour the mixture till half of the mould.

Then add some grated cheese over it.

Then bake it in the preheated microwave for 15 minutes in 150degree Celsius.

Now your muffin scones are ready.

Put some oregano over it and serve hot.
