Govind gotte is a traditional recipe of Rajasthan. It is some what rich in taste than the plain gotta ki sabzi as there is a stuffing of mawa and fried dry fruits in the gotta. This is a royal cuisine of Rajasthan and also made in any festivals and parties also. These are made out of gram flour with stuffing and the gravy is made with curd and ghee. The is so rich in taste.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all the ingredients for dough and knead gently to make a smooth dough and also mix all ingredients of stuffing ready.
* Step 2
Make equal portions of the dough and make a bowl like shape in them and then stuffed them with the stuffing.
* Step 3
Follow the same process for all the portions and also make small lemon size balls.
* Step 4
Heat water in a pot and add ghee, curd and salt in it and put the prepared balls in it and all them to boil for 10 minutes in medium flame and then dip fry in outlook golden brown.
* Step 5
Heat a pan and put ghee it and then add hing, carom seeds,fennel seeds and red chilli in it.
* Step 6
When a nice aroma comes from it then add ginger garlic paste with 2 tsp of water in it.
* Step 7
When the raw smell of ginger garlic has gone then add the gram flour in it and saute it till a nice aroma comes from.
* Step 8
Then add the beaten curd in it and stir it well continuously otherwise the curd must be curdle.
* Step 9
Then add tomato puree,salt and other spices in it and mix it well.
* Step 10
Then add the boiled water (from the boiling gotta)and kasoori methi in it.
* Step 11
Add fried gottas in it and mix them well and allow them to boil for 8-10 minutes in low flame and then mix chopped coriander leaves in it.
* Step 12
Now your Govind gotte is ready. Serve hot with rice or roti.
