Instant sooji besan uttapam

#morningbreakfast You can prepare this healthy breakfast within few minutes when you are in hurry.

Ingredient

Cooking time :

4-5 minutes
3/4 cup

sooji

1/4 cup

besan

1/2 cup

curd

as needed

Water

to taste

Salt

1/2 tsp

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix sooji, besan,curd,salt,ginger chilli paste and water to make a batter which must not be so watery nor so thick.

* Step 2

Cover it for 15 minutes.

* Step 3

Then brush a tawa with oil and pour a ladle of batter on it and make a uttapam.

* Step 4

Now sprinkle all veggies over it.

* Step 5

Cook both sides of it.

* Step 6

Now this sooji besan uttapam is ready to serve. Serve it with any type of ketchup or chutney. I served it with angoor khatta (grapes chutney)
