Less oil dosa potato stuffing sandwich
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First of all mash the potato. Take a pan, add oil for heat. When oil is heating add, mustard seed, asafoetida, curry leaves and green chilli.Now add sliced onion and fry until golden in colour. Then add turmeric, garam masala and add mashed potato and salt and dry mango powder, Mix them up well. Dosa potato stuffing is ready.
* Step 2
Spread the potato mixture on the one side. Cover with another slice. Spread little bit of oil on the bread on one side.
* Step 3
Grill or toast until done for 3-4minute. Cut and serve sandwich with green chutney or tomato sauce.
