1/8 tsp

mustard

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a kadhai. Add ¼ tsp oil add all ingredients. Roast well. After 6 min. When suji is cool down add curd and water, Make a paste. Take a grill snack maker,gracing with little bits of oil. Now pour the batter, in a low flame cook at least 15 to 20 min both side.

When suji tikka is golden and crispy. Serve with green chutney/ chilli souce.
