Papaya-Yogurt Shake

Ingredient

1/2 tbsp

ginger

1/3 cup

yogurt

1/2 tbsp

honey

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For shake collect papaya cube,curd,sugar,gimger,lemon or honey and chilled green tea. Blend the papaya cubes with curd,honey, green tea, 3 to 4 ice cube,gingern,leemon and mint leaves into a thik shake.keep aside.

* Step 2

Pour the papaya shake into the serving glasses in more than ½ layer,now add big ice cube and top with a scoop of curd.

Garnished with fruits. Sprinkle with chocolate powder & chocolate syrup. Serve immediately or freez it after 2 to 4 hr.
