Paneer cheese spring roll with mayonnaise
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Collect all ingrdients. In a mixing bowl, mix a flour along with a little salt,palak puree with enough water into a smooth dough. Brush with a little oil and cover and set aside.
* Step 2
Now take a pan,add oil fir heat. Add cumin seed and chopped chilli, now add onion slices, cabbage,carrot and bell-paper,along with salt and chilli powder,garam masala,coriander powder,jeera powder and turmeric powder and stir-fry for a minutes.
* Step 3
Now add chopped tomato and stir until they cook well.add a paneer and stir for a couple of seconds.
* Step 4
Remove in a plate and let cool to room temparature. Stir in the lime juice and Coriander leaves.
* Step 5
Divide the dough into 1 inch diameter balls. Take a dough ball and roll on a floured surface into a very thin roti. Now place the roti into a tawa and make a paratha with oil.
* Step 6
When both side is cooked well, place 2tbs of vegetables with paneer,cheese and mayonnaise filling on a roti and roll(fold) it.
* Step 7
Heat the oil in the fry pan and shadow fry the paneer cheese spring roll until lightly golden. Repeat with the remaining spring rolls.
* Step 8
Serve the rolls warm with tea or coffee.
