Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Sabse pahle hum ek bowl lenge, usme maida, baking powder, oil daal ke ache se mix karenge..after 5min hum thoda thoda pani dalte hue ek soft dough banayenge. dough bahut zyada soft na ho. fir 15min ke liye cover krke rakh denge.
* Step 2
15min bad dough ko check karenge fir ek rolling board ya thali ke upar rakh ke roll karenge. roll krne ke bad apne pasand ka shape denge.
* Step 3
Shape denge ke bad ek kadhai me fry krne ke liye oil lenge.fir thoda thoda krke pare ko fry karenge.
* Step 4
Ab dusri kadhai me 2cup chini (sugar) lenge usme 1cup pani daal ke lie flam pe chashni ready karenge.ye chashni ek tar ki honi chahiye..
* Step 5
Fir hum usme pare add karenge..2min lie flam pe chalayenge.fir gas band krke ache se coating krte rahenge..jaise hi sugar hamne lage ga, hamara khurma ready to eat.
