Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel,core, and cut the apples. Add apples in a large pot. I used about 25 lbs of apples
* Step 2
Add water,brown sugar,nutmeg,cinnamon, lemons. I used 6 cups water, 4 cups brown sugar, 4 tablespoons of cinnamon, 1 tablespoon of nutmeg, and 2 squeezed lemons.
* Step 3
Cook on medium heat with lid on. Stir often . Apples should get soft and tender to the touch.
* Step 4
Blend in batches. Only add just over half of your blender to prevent spill overs.
