Creamy faux crab dip

Relatively inexpensive, very quick, and totally versatile! Great on crackers, with celery, or in a wonton wrapper.

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

1/4 cup

sour cream

1/4 cup

mayonnaise

2 tbsp

lemon juice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mash crab meat with a potato masher until in very small chunks. Dice onion finely and mix the two.

* Step 2

Add all other ingredients and mix.

* Step 3

Taste and adjust for flavor and texture; add more mayo or sour cream if you want it more moist.

* Step 4

Also delicious when you use a bunch of green onions instead of white!
