* Step 1
begin preparing rice according to box directions, adding the spices listed above, plus the hot sauce.
* Step 2
while simmering the rice, slice the sausage & toss into a skillet with the chopped onion. saute for about 5 mins.
* Step 3
throw the sausage & onions in with the rice. finish simmering & enjoy!
