Baked paneer momos with gravy

Momos we had many types but why not try some fusion by making baked paneer momos with gravy trust me it has come out delicious you will like this combination .

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First knead a soft dough of all purpose flour by adding oil and water and keep aside.Next heat a pan for making fillings of momos add oil and add chopped ginger and garlic and saute for a minute.

* Step 2

Next add chopped onions and green chilli saute till onion becomes soft dont make brown next add all chopped veggies and saute on high flame to get veggies soft and tender and then add all the spices.Cook veggies with the spices by adding 2 tbsp of water so that all spices gets mixed well with the veggies.

Next add scrambled paneer and mix well with the veggies and spices.Next make round balls into parts of dough to make momos take a small ball roll it down round and add the filling in centre.

Next start folding the momos and close it down on the tip,make all the momos same way and keep ready if you want to give another shape you can give.Next take baking tray place foil paper or parchment paper and place all the momos and brush with some butter all over and keep in oven/ otg for 15 to 20 minutes 0n 200°.By the time it gets baked let's make gravy for that in a mixer grinder jar take onion,tomatoes, ginger garlic cashew 1/2 green chilli grind it into fine paste don't use water to.

* Step 5

Next in same pan in which we made momos filling use that same to make gravy heat oil and cumin seeds let it splutter and then add the grinded paste and saute for a minute next add all the spices and saute for atleast 10 minutes till it leaves oil from side.

* Step 6

Next add 1 cup of water adjust water as per consistency you want for gravy and add chopped coriander leaves and garnish with fresh cream.

* Step 7

In last place all the baked momos in the gravy and serve this amazing combination of baked paneer momos in gravy with roti or rice.
