Mushi pan is Japanese very famous steam cake which can be made in many different varieties in sweet and savoury both taste good easy way of making .

* Step 1
Take a bowl add all purpose flour and add baking powder mix well.In another bowl crack one egg add milk,sugar and oil.
* Step 2
Mix it nicely and add this into flour and whisk it till it gets smooth.

Next add grated cheez and corn kernels and fold it with spatula take steel bowl keep cup cake liner of paper or silicone any will do pour the batter into half in each mould in a big pan bring water to boil.

Keep the steel bowls in that and cover the pan with the lid and let it steam for 15 to 20 minutes when it is done let it cool down on room temperature.
