Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Fist step after cleaning mutton nicely always cook on gas stove never cook in pressure cooker add salt,turmeric and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and mix nicely and coat the mutton and keep on medium flame to get the mutton cook never use water or anything the mutton itself leaves water and the juice of tomatoes helps mutton to get cooked.
* Step 2
When mutton becomes dry and there's no water it means mutton has cooked,next step take a pan heat oil use 5 tbsp oil for 1/2 kg mutton then add jeera and let it splutter next add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes off.
* Step 3
Next add green paste made of coconut and hara dhania I have grind coconut and hara dhania together to give that green colour paste for the recepie add the coconut paste and saute for a minute and with adding onion and tomatoes and saute the masala till it becomes light brown and the let the raw smell goes off of the coconut.
* Step 4
Next add the cooked mutton to it and add 1 cup of water and cover the lid and keep for 10 to 20 minutes so that the whole masala gets mixed well with the mutton garnish with hara dhania while serving.The delicious haree mirch mutton is ready to eat serve with chapati or jowar roti goes well. Special note you can use this masala to make vegeterian recepies also.
