Ingredient

Food ration :

pineapple

2 tbsp

chia seeds

1 cup

milk

2 tbsp

corn flakes

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut mango,banana,pineapple into pieces and take 1 cup of milk and 1 cup of coconut water.keep some pieces of mango and pineapple for garnishing.Next keep chia seeds in warm water for 15 minutes,here I took coconut layer which is soft (malai) for garnishing you can use grated coconut also.

Next take blender jar and add all the fruits with adding milk and coconut water and blend into smooth.Next take out in a big bowl and garnish it with pineapple,mango pieces, coconut pieces,crushed corn flakes into granules and chia seeds and chill again in fridge and have this coolest one smoothie bowl which you will love.
