Rice kheer
Rice kheer is all time favourite and quickest we can make but I do it in a different style.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Start cooking rice cook fully, add water to make rice cook soft when it is done keep aside
* Step 2
In another pan boil milk with adding ghee and sugar to it let sugar gets dissolve fully and always take nonstick pan to make kheer so that it will not get burn from the base
* Step 3
When sugar is dissolved add rice and add condensed milk if you don't want you can skip, but adding khoya or condensed milk gives extra yummy taste.when rice is cooked in milk turn off the gas and let it cool in room temperature by the time it gets cool prepare dryfruits of your choice by chopping it.
* Step 4
Next when kheer is warm blend it with a hand blender so that the rice gets into smooth paste like by blending it no one can ever guess if this kheer is made of rice it will give a smooth texture like a cream and last add dry fruit and serve warm or chill.
