Peanut potato sesame kebab
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil potatoes, and roast peanuts and remove the skin now smash the potatoes and add all the spices and peanuts.
* Step 2
Add lemon juice and grease your palm with oil and take a skew and make in long shape like kebab.
* Step 3
Take chilli flakes and sesame seeds and mix together, make bread crumbs by grinding bread slice and make batter of all purpose flour.
* Step 4
Coat kebab with batter of all purpose flour and sprinkle breadcrumb and lastly roll into the sesame and chilli flakes mixture it will get coated roll all over nicely.
* Step 5
Take tray of oven or otg and put foil paper into it and arrange the kebab's one by one and put in oven for 20 minutes on 200° and when it is roasted fully serve hot and delicious kebab with tomato sauce or with mayonnaise.
