Chicken melt

A nice way to cheer up grilled chicken fillets. Super quick, easy and, accompanied by a tomato and basil salad, ideal for an evening meal.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wipe some olive oil on the base of a non-stick frying pan. Sprinkle the oregano and a pinch of salt and grill the fillets. When one side is done, flip over. When the other side is done, cover four fillets with the cheese, take the other 4 out and put them in the oven so they don't get cold, lower the heat and cover the pan. This will help the cheese to melt.

* Step 2

When it has melted, put one fillet on top of each on and serve.
