Alternate Meat Loaf w/Cabbage & Parm
I've given up onions, garlic and their families. So, how to add flavor to meat loaf brought me to this combo. It's good if you're like me and used to non-spiced stuff or just getting used to it.
Ingredient
Food ration :
2-4 servings
Cooking time :
25-35 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all ingredients with bare hands.
* Step 2
Shape into a oblong and place on parchment on a flat pan.
* Step 3
Cook at 350-400 degrees in a toaster oven for 20-25 minutes.
* Step 4
It's not pretty, but a) there's no cleanup to speak of, b) it tastes good and c) it's good for you.
