Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan add oil and cumin seeds. Cumin seeds become temper so add chopped onion, capsicum and garlic.
* Step 2
Garlic is proper saute. Saute till it has aroma. Then add red chilli sauce.
* Step 3
Add soya sauce and vinegar.
* Step 4
Then add salt and mix it well.
* Step 5
Add rice and all ingredients mix it well.
* Step 6
And add coriander leaves.
