Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bowl and Mix the besan with ginger-green chilli paste, salt, turmeric powder, lemon juice, and buttermilk. Take care that no lumps are formed.

The Khandvi Batter In A Pan & Spread Over Greased Surface. In a thick bottomed pan, cook this mixture by stirring continuously, till it becomes a smooth thick batter. It takes a few minutes to get this ready.

And the mixture is cooled and greased the gathiya ya sev machine. Khandvi mixture add-in. And noodles prepare on a serving plate. And serve.

* Step 4

Take a tadka bowl add oil, garlic, green chillies, and sesame seeds and prepare tadka and pour in noodles and sprinkle peri masala.
