Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bowl and add oats and all veggies.

And as per your needed add water.

Then add besan, green chilli,salt and haldi. Proper mix it well

Take a tawa and pour some oil and pour oats batter. And saute both side it became brown.

And serve.
