* Step 1
In a bowl sift together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda. Keep aside.
* Step 2
Once done add the condensed milk.. Mix well.Add the Condensed milk and butter Mix well.
* Step 3
Now gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk them together.
* Step 4
Bake it for 35-40 minutes at medium flame on Handva Cooker.Add some dark chocolate chips add in this cake mixture.till the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
* Step 5
After 35 to 40 min you can check your cake is perfectly bake then remove cake tin and de mould cake. chocolate sponge is ready..
