It's very healthy recipe with less oil..
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a one big bowl and grate lauki (bottlegourd)
* Step 2
And after grated lauki you add rava and besan (semolina/ gram flour)
* Step 3
And add also spices.you add ginger chilli paste and garlic paste and add haldi (turmeric), salt, sugar, red chilli powder and Hing..
* Step 5
And add water not directly it's slowly and mix it well.
* Step 6
And batter looks smooth then transfer into steamer,take one plate and grease it with oil and transfer the batter to it..
* Step 7
And put it on medium flame on gas in steamer.and close the lid..
* Step 8
And after 15 min you can check with knife tasted batter after using knife to check if it is properly steamed or not..
* Step 9
And your muthiya is ready..

And cut the square pieces..
* Step 11
And you can take one pan and add oil and mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
* Step 12
And add muthiya. and add sesame seeds.and garnish with coconut powder and coriander leaves and serve with green chutney.
