Jaggery apricot,dates cheese cake
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First of all u can take one bowl. And crush the biscuits and add melted butter.
* Step 2
This better transfer to cheese cake mould.
* Step 3
And take spactula and push it.
* Step 4
And set 1 hour in freeze.
* Step 5
Take a pan on medium gas flam and make apricot souce..
* Step 6
Apricot slice and dates jaggery mix it well. Like strawberry crush.
* Step 7
It prepare like jam.close the gas. And keep aside. Ur souce is ready. And wait for cool.
* Step 8
Take a bowl and 8 pieces ice cube add.
* Step 9
And take another bowl on set ice cube bowl.and add whip cream whipped. U can make fluffy.and close batter.
* Step 10
Remove ur cheese cake mould in freese.
* Step 11
And take pan and add water boil it. And and add agar agar sheets and melt it.
* Step 12
Its melt sheets remove in pan.and boil and mix it.
* Step 13
Take a one bowl and add cream cheese,whip cream,elachi,and some apricot souce and agar agar.and mix it.
* Step 14
And transfer biscuit mixture and smoothly spread. And set to 8 hourse in freezer.
* Step 15
After set cut the slice and decorate apricot jaggery souce.
