Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Knead the maida and semolina with pinch of salt and baking soda by adding little amount of water at a time. make it into a soft dough.cover it with wet cloth and rest it for 10 min.

* Step 2

Take potatoes and black cheak peas then smach it add salt, red chilli flakes, cumin powder, coriander powder and chaat masala. Add chopped fresh coriander leaves and onion chopped

* Step 3

Take blending jar add few coriander leaves and few poodina leaves ginger and green chilli. Grid it well to a smooth paste. Strain the paste in a strainer. And dry masala powder mix it well

* Step 4

Take the dough knead it for few more minutes. With the help of a roller and rolling pin. Roll the dough into thin sheet. Now with the help of a cookie cutter cut it into small round pieces.

* Step 5

In a kadhai or pan take oil and fry the small round pieces of puri. Our delicious Pani Puri ready to serve.
