Carrot beatroot soup
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the carrot and beatroot into small pieces. Take a pressure cooker add oil in it. Chopped onion saute it. Add chopped garlic and ginger add the carrot and beatroot chopped, pour vegetables stock into it.
* Step 2
Chrused black pepper into it. Pressure cook it for 4-5 whistle. Open it and blend it with hand blender. Serve it hot with fresh cream or coriander leaves or small chia seeds for garnish.
