okra

cloves

Few garlic

1 tbsp

soya sauce

1 tsp

sugar

2 tbsp

corn flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the okra and capsicum. Take a pan add oil to it fry the okra when the okra gets fried add the capsicum fry them till they are half cooked.

* Step 2

Take a pan add finely chopped onion saute it.add finely chopped garlic sauté it until golden brown. Add the half cooked okra and capsicum.

* Step 3

Mix them all well. Add tomato sauce and soya sauce sprinkle sugar and salt as per taste. Add 1/2 cup water with corn flour. Mix them all allow to come to a boil. Serve it hot with chapati or rice.
